Acceptance

By creating an account or using MenuLolo you agree to these terms, which form a binding agreement between you and us, together with our Privacy Policy.

If you use the service on behalf of a restaurant or other business, you confirm you are authorized to act for it — "you" then includes that business.

The service

MenuLolo lets you build digital menus, enhance food photos with AI, and publish public menu pages that guests open by link or QR code. Some features are available on every plan; others require a paid plan — the pricing page shows what each plan includes.

We continually improve the service. We may add, change or remove features, provided we do not materially reduce the core functionality of a plan you are paying for.

Your account

Keep your credentials confidential and use an accurate email address — service and billing notices go there. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

You may delete your account at any time from account settings. Deletion takes full effect after a 30-day grace period, after which your content is permanently removed (see the Privacy Policy for details).

Plans and credits

Plans (Free, Starter, Pro) set limits for menus, dishes and AI credits. AI features consume credits: monthly credits are granted with your plan each calendar month and reset at the end of the month — unused credits do not roll over.

Top-up credit packs never expire while your account is active, are consumed after monthly credits, and are non-transferable. Credits have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for money. If an AI task fails, the credits it consumed are returned to you.

Subscriptions and billing

Paid plans are billed monthly or yearly in advance through our payment processor and renew automatically until canceled. You can cancel anytime; access continues to the end of the paid period.

Upgrades take effect immediately (a prorated difference is charged); downgrades and cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. Prices may change — we give advance notice before a renewal at a new price. Prices exclude applicable taxes, which are shown at checkout.

Fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law. EU/EEA consumers have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal for online purchases; by ordering immediate digital access you may expressly waive this right — if you do not waive it, the standard withdrawal rules apply.

Your content

You keep all rights to photos and menu content you upload. You grant us a limited, worldwide license to store, process and display them solely to operate and provide the service — including showing your published public menu pages to guests.

You confirm you own or have the right to use everything you upload, and that it does not infringe others' rights.

You are responsible for the accuracy and completeness of your menu content — including prices, ingredients and allergen information shown to your guests. We do not verify menu content.

AI output

AI-enhanced images are generated from the photos you upload. We aim for true-to-life results, but AI output may contain inaccuracies or artifacts — you are responsible for reviewing outputs before publishing them to guests.

Do not rely on AI features for legally required information such as allergen warnings. Free-tier outputs may carry a watermark.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• upload illegal content, content you have no right to use, or material that infringes intellectual property or privacy rights;
• misrepresent your food, prices or business through the service;
• abuse, probe, reverse-engineer, scrape or overload the service, or circumvent usage limits;
• resell, sublicense or offer service access to third parties as a competing product;
• violate applicable laws, including food-information and consumer-protection rules.

Intellectual property

The service itself — software, design, brand and content we publish — is owned by us or our licensors and may not be copied or used beyond what these terms allow.

If you send us feedback or suggestions, you allow us to use them freely, without obligation to you.

Service availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. Planned maintenance is announced where practical, and we may suspend the service briefly for maintenance or security emergencies.

Limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is" to the maximum extent permitted by law.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law — such as liability for willful misconduct or the statutory consumer rights in your country of residence.

Indemnification

You will compensate us for third-party claims, damages and reasonable legal costs arising from your content or your breach of these terms — for example, a claim that a photo you uploaded infringed someone's rights.

Termination

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with notice where practical.

On termination your right to use the service ends and your data is handled as described in the Privacy Policy, including the 30-day grace period. Sections that by their nature should survive — ownership, limitation of liability, indemnification — do so.

Changes to terms

We will notify you of material changes at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after that date constitutes acceptance.

These terms are governed by the laws applicable at our principal place of business, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence.
