Terms of Service

Acceptance

By creating an account or using MenuLolo you agree to these terms. If you use the service on behalf of a restaurant, you confirm you are authorized to act for it.

Your account

Keep your credentials confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account. You may delete your account at any time; deletion takes full effect after a 30-day grace period.

Your content

You keep all rights to photos and menu content you upload. You grant us a limited license to store and process them solely to operate the service. You confirm you own or have the right to use everything you upload, and that it does not infringe others' rights.

AI output

AI-enhanced images are generated from your photos. We aim for true-to-life results, but you are responsible for reviewing outputs before publishing them to guests. Free-tier outputs may carry a watermark.

Subscriptions and billing

Paid plans are billed monthly or yearly in advance through Stripe. You can cancel anytime; access continues to the end of the paid period. Fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law. EU/EEA consumers have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal for online purchases; by ordering immediate digital access you may expressly waive this right — if you do not waive it, the standard withdrawal rules apply.

Acceptable use

Do not upload illegal content, content you have no right to use, or material that infringes intellectual property or privacy rights. Do not attempt to abuse, reverse-engineer or overload the service.

Service availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Planned maintenance will be announced where practical.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MenuLolo is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with notice where practical. You may stop using the service at any time.

Changes to terms

We will notify you of material changes at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after that date constitutes acceptance.

FAQ

How do credits work and when do I get them?

One AI dish photo enhancement or background generation costs 10 credits. You get 10 credits once at signup (valid for the current month). Paid plans receive monthly credits automatically on the 1st (UTC) — 1,000 for Starter, 5,000 for Pro. Top-up pack credits never expire.

What can I do on the Free plan?

Try the full editor: all 3 menu layouts, plus one AI enhancement (10 credits). Saving and publishing menus and watermark removal are paid features, priority support is Pro-only — Free edits are not saved.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. Subscriptions are self-managed via Stripe with no long-term contract. After canceling, paid features stay active until the end of the billing period; published menus then display on the Free tier (with watermark). Your data stays exportable.

What's the difference between layouts and languages?

All plans include all 3 menu layouts. Multilingual menus and unlimited dishes per menu are Pro features.

What if I need help?

Self-serve AI tools are available 24/7; email support replies within 3 business days.

Prices in USD. Paid plans' monthly credits reset on the 1st (UTC); the free plan's 10 signup credits are one-time and expire at month end; top-up packs never expire.

How credits work

  • 10 credits once at signup (valid for the current month); paid plans grant monthly credits (Starter 1,000 · Pro 5,000) on the 1st (UTC).
  • 1 AI photo enhancement or AI menu background = 10 credits.
  • Unused monthly credits expire at the end of each UTC month; top-up credits never expire.
  • Spending draws down the monthly grant first, then top-up credits.

On a paid plan every month starts with 1,000–5,000 fresh credits (about 100–500 enhancements), plus watermark removal and all three menu layouts — usually cheaper per photo than top-ups.
